Training


Several training courses are available for organizations that are still evaluating, or that have already decided to implement, the Alignability® Process Model. These courses have been listed in the table below. Click on a course title to review its details.

Alignability Implementation Training
The Alignability® Implementation Training is intended for project teams that
will be responsible for the implementation of the Alignability® Process Model,
along with the supporting BMC Service Desk Express application suite.

ITIL Game
The ITIL® Game is intended for management teams of organizations that want to gain a common understanding of the benefits that service management processes can bring to their organization. It is also used to provide awareness sessions in organizations that are implementing the Alignability® Process Model.

Specialist Training
The Specialist Training is intended for people who have been asked to fulfill the specialist role and who will be using the BMC Service Desk Express application suite and the Alignability® Process Model to help them manage their work. During the training, the people will also learn how to perform the group coordinator role.

Configuration Manager Training
The Configuration Manager Training is intended for people who have been asked to fulfill the configuration manager role in an organization that has implemented the Alignability® Process Model to help in combination with the BMC Service Desk Express application suite.

Operator Training
The Operator Training is used to prepare people who will need to perform the operator or the operations manager role in an organization that has implemented the Alignability® Process Model in combination with the BMC Service Desk Express application suite.

Service Desk Agent Training
The Service Desk Agent Training is intended for people who have been asked to fulfill the service desk agent or service desk manager role and who will be using the BMC Service Desk Express application suite in combination with the Alignability® Process Model to help them do their work.

Problem Manager Training
The Problem Manager Training is intended for persons who have been asked to act as the problem manager for one or more services and who will using both the Alignability® Process Model and the BMC Service Desk Express application suite to do this.

Change Coordinator Training
The Change Coordinator Training is intended for people who will fulfill the change coordinator or the change manager role in an organization that uses both the Alignability® Process Model and the BMC Service Desk Express application suite to manage its services.

Release Manager Training
The Release Manager Training is intended for people who will be responsible for managing the releases of one or more services in an organization that has implemented both the Alignability® Process Model and the BMC Service Desk Express application suite.
