Alignability® Process Model has been developed for information
and communication technology (ICT) service providers
to enable them to deal with the fast pace of change within their industry.
Most service providers are so involved in the day-to-day operations that they have little
time left to add new services or to improve
existing ones. Because of their limited ability to improve their service offering, service
providers often have trouble competing with new organizations that provide similar services.
It does not matter whether the service provider is the IT department of a larger
organization, or a company which core business is the provision of ICT services. Both

level and price.
