the Alignability® Process Model provides processes, procedures and even detailed work instructions. The
Alignability® Process Model comes with a completely configured BMC Service Desk Express database and a detailed
implementation guide. This enables organizations to implement the IT Service Management processes defined in the
Alignability® Processes Model in 30 days.
Only the Incident Management process of the Alignability® Process Model has been published on the internet.

- Continuity Management (known in ITIL as IT Service Continuity Management)
The Incident Management process of the Alignability® Process Model is published online so that this web-based
ITIL processes can be reviewed before customers decide to purchase the out-of-the-box ITIL processes. The
Alignability® Process Model is sold and implemented, along with the supporting BMC Service Desk Express
software, by partner organizations.
